In a mysterious and surreal interstellar space somewhere between Tehran and Winnipeg, the lives of several characters are intertwined in surprising and mysterious ways. Elementary school students Negin and Nazgol discover a sum of money frozen in the icy cold and try to retrieve it. Meanwhile, Massoud leads an increasingly bewildered group of tourists through Winnipeg’s monuments and historical sites. Matthew leaves his meaningless job in a Quebec government office and sets out on a mysterious journey to visit his mother. Space, time, and personal identities intersect, intertwine, and echo in an absurdist, comedic direction.
